INSTRUCTIONS:

·         Single use only.  Open the package, take out the inner heel pad, and put it on the heel in the direction of the picture.  Unroll the heel cover, wrap it around the heel and inner pad, and attach the sticker to secure it.

       Use for 90-120 minutes, remove heel cover and inner pad

·         Rinse your feet with warm water. You can soak your feet in warm water every day to speed up peeling process.  Heel calluses and dry skin start to peel away within 3-7 days after use.
